Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At buylifecare.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you order meets your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with an easy return and refund process.

1. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.

   

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.

   

• To initiate a return, please contact us at 📧 contact@buylifecare.com or 📞 +91-9878229157 within 5 days of receiving the product.

   

Note: Products like personal care items, innerwear, consumables, and customized products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect your returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

   

• The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.).

   

• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund via NEFT or UPI.

   

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product delivered.

3. Exchange Policy

• We offer product exchange only if the item is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.

   

• Exchange requests must also be raised within 5 days of delivery.

   

• Exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If the item is unavailable, we will initiate a full refund.

   

4. How to Request a Return/Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

   • Order ID

      

   • Product details

      

   • Reason for return/exchange

      

   • Supporting images (if item is damaged or wrong)

      

2. Our support team will review your request and provide you with a return pickup confirmation or drop-off address.
